Question: aloe vera
how should I water this potted plant in the winter?
Answer: aloe vera
Aloe is a succulent plant of African origin; in Italy aloe plants live undisturbed in many areas, especially in central and southern Italy. They can withstand winter temperatures close to 5-8 ° C, and even some short frost of slight entity. If you live in an area with very cold winter weather, put your aloe in the stairwell, or in a cold greenhouse. The waterings will be sporadic in winter, the more you keep it in the cold and the less you have to water it, and vice versa; so if your aloe passes the winter outside, avoid watering it. If instead you decide to take it asa water only when the soil is well dry.
